About the Opportunity

WeWork is looking for a creative & business oriented Sr. Manager to lead its in-house, regional creative studio. This leadership role will be a key member of Latin America’s marketing team, responsible for overseeing creative strategy and empowering the growth team with the differentiated tools they need. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing and connected to WeWork global creative hub, you will serve as the lead for your region. With a mission of empowering tomorrow’s world at work, WeWork designs, builds and operates the world’s best flexible workspaces. Our global creative team seeks to create ownable sales materials, events and experiences, pioneering the way our brand communicates to the world.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage an external team of talented content creators, designers and copywriters, providing constructive direction and encouraging best-in-class creative solutions

  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales leadership to develop on-brand experiences across communications mediums (including sales presentations and brochures, infographics, microsites, multi-channel events, emails, video, sales and marketing campaigns, etc.)

  • Oversee production and localization of a high volume of sales and communications materials

  • In partnership with the Head of Marketing, manage creative budget, prioritization and execution of building and product photography, through external photo vendors

  • Approach all work through a strategic lens, advocating for design thinking and process

  • Tackle complex business problems with clear, distinctive creative solutions

  • Build a network of creative partners and agencies

  • Be the voice of the segment and the market to the sales team and implement feedback from the market to enhance programs;

  • Partner with sales stakeholders and leaders to design and deliver sales enablement assets, including but not limited to: Interactive sales demonstration assets; Pitch decks in all mediums/forms; Thought leadership and editorial; Content marketing assets; Event activations; Shareable experiential assets for large enterprise clients; Video content; Other on-brand packaged assets (including digital storytelling, physical leave-behinds, shareable links, etc).

  • Collaborate with our Growth teams to develop a full-stack, account-based marketing strategy for the Enterprise segment. Lead the development of content and experiences to support this strategy.

  • Oversee workflow and prioritization

  • 8+ years experience in brand, marketing, content,  sales enablement, communications or a related field; at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led brand. (Bonus points for experience at an in-house agency and B2B, strategic design experience)

  • 3+ years in a management role

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, expert at presenting to executive stakeholders

  • Experience partnering with sales teams to develop highly targeted, differentiated sales materials

  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns;

  • Track record of driving business results through brilliant marketing;

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;

  • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times

  • Demonstrated ability to weigh business goals alongside creative goals

  • Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;

  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;

  • Experience in real estate or technology preferred but not essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
